Helpful Bacteria/Harmful Bacteria

We actually have helpful bacteria that exist on this earth and you may be shocked at how helpful they are both to the environment and to human beings as well. The Rhizobia bacteria, is a group of helpful bacteria that converts nitrogen gas into other useful substances that help plants to grow well. The E. coli bacteria, are also helpful bacteria that live in the intestines of living people and animals such as cows, giraffes and goats. These bacteria help a lot in food digestion for both people and animals. The E. coli bacteria in an organism's body to be very important due to the fact that, without them, proper food digestion may fail to take place hence complicating things for the organism. Azotobacters are other types of helpful bacteria found on earth. These bacteria stay in the soil and are able to convert gaseous nitrogen to ammonium compounds.

Disease causing bacteria gain entry to your insides through inhalation, ingestion or a break in the skin. Some familiar sounding diseases, or life inconveniences, caused by bacteria include:

Monkey In The Mirror

Animals with head implants sometimes turned themselves upside down or adjusted mirrors to get a better view. These monkeys avidly use mirrors to examine and groom their heads and to inspect there bodys. The new study was inspired by observations in Populin’s lab of two monkeys using mirrors to inspect head implants given for brain studies. In one experiment, five adult male rhesus monkeys were videotaped during five one-hour periods in cages that held small mirrors attached from the outside. Monkeys used the mirror to touch and groom themselves around the implant and to inspect their genitals.

Are Non Carbon Based Life Forms Possible?

Non carbon life forms might exist but i do not think so. This is called carbon chauvinism Carl Saigon coined this term. The non chauvinism think machines are real. I think they are not real because they do not have cells like we do.

Metric System

Without the metric system everybody would fail science. So we should keep the metric system to pass the class.  I think the U.S should stick the metric system because we've been using it for a long time. We should'nt change it since we'll get mixed up in all these measurements. Other countries should keep their own metric system so the work wouldnt be so mixed up in measurements.

Goals

My goals for school is to have good grades, pass, and graduate. Im going to try hard this 3 years. Last year wasn't a good year for me because i didn't do good in school. But Im going to change this year and do better. I want to make this class fun as possible for me.
